RETURN POLICIES

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days, but the following conditions apply:

Returns

The returned item must be received by Insane Endustries within 30 days of purchase.
The returned item must have its original tags attached.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, when returning the product back to Insane Endustries

Exchanges/Returns

To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed above. A refund will be credited to the customer's account, and the customer must place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, Insane Endustries will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price. Insane Endustries will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete, unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Insane Endustries. Insane Endustries will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

Once we receive the customer’s returned merchandise, we will immediately take care of the corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and corrections you have supplied, and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
